and a Legacy of Homeownership.
Community Impact Day is a nationwide initiative ​spearheaded by the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB). On this day we will empower and educate communities of color on the benefits of building ​a legacy of wealth through homeownership. The ​Local chapter, Austin Black Real Estate Professionals, together with its partners, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., City of Austin, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and Greater St. Johns Church, are joining 100 participating ​cities in a historic Building Black Wealth Tour. We are connecting the community to local real estate professionals and providing opportunities to meet with them one on one. Join us on Saturday April 12th, from 9:30 am - 3:00 pm for a historic day of learning and access to resources as we close the racial wealth and homeownership gap in Central Texas!
WEALTH BUILDING WORKSHOPS!
We have valuable information for anyone, no matter if you are buying your first property or planning to pass down ten properties to the next generation! Our concurrent workshops will cover topics important to first time home buyers, current property owners, investors and will discuss mindset and mental and spiritual health.
**Several workshops will be taught in Spanish throughout the day.
